I just bought this popup a week ago and took it out this past weekend. Everything worked fine and we were pleased. However in raising the power lift there is a little grinding. I am guessing the cable needs to be lubricated. Does anyone have a similar problem?

you might want to lube the supports first. are you sure it's the cable making the noise? could be the gearing system.

you should also post the model number of your popup, so that those who have the same model, can help.

I had what sounded like a rubbing grinding sound when I first put up mine a month ago or so and found that lubricating the supports helped remedy the noise issue.
