First Trip under the Belt with 2318G

Had a great trip with the family to Sandbanks PP in Ontario. Went super, except for what seems to be some shattered bearings on the dinette slide upon opening first thing on arrival. Found shattered bearing chases, and 2 small bearings on the floor.

That being said, the only issues related to this, was that I needed to put a bit more back into the dinette with stowing or deploying. Was on phone with dealer, and they are already looking into what is needed to fix.

All in all, a great first vacation. 2 more to go.

Cheers,

Chris

Glad you had a good first maiden voyage in your new camper. Should be an easy fix to get your dinette fixed and you will appreciate how easy it rolls in and out.

Enjoy your new camper!

Glad to hear it went well.

The slide fix will be a bit of a bother as they might have to remove the slide to replace the bearings. Not a huge job, but it will take a bit of time.

Good luck,

Vin.

The beast is in the hands of our VERY helpful dealer. They are going to look into another minor issue that skipped my mind, the heater starts out quiet, but once warm just rattles your teeth, sounds like the fan is impacting something. We hope to get it back this weekend so we can get ready for a two week trek coming up.
