Flagstaff 524 SS Roof Type and maintenance

Hi,
I have a 2006 Flagstaff 524SS camper and was wondering what type of roof it has and how to clean and seal properly. Thanks for help with this issue.

I bought a 2007 206ST last year and used a product from the dollar store called totally awesome. I diluted this in a bucket and cleaned the entire trailer. I had to replace some weak caulking. I then sealed the entire camper with two coats of spray on car wax. Looks like a brand new pup. I believe the top is some type of heavy vinyl, Mine is textured however I'm not 100% sure.
