Got it.

Long story short it was a smoke detector in the garage...and not in the trailer.

My Dad (85 years old) had the same thing happen about 3 months ago. He was *sure* that was his power chair beeping and had even disconnected the battery cables.
I told him it had to be the smoke alarm in his house. Nope, said he could even hear it when he was out on the drive in his chair.

ummmm....yes, it was the smoke alarm battery in the house

Did he call me back to tell me I was right? NOPE. I found out when I called him the next day but I didn't say I told you so.

Battery

Replaced the LP detector only to find out that the 12V Battery was going down, replaced the battery, stopped chirping:
