Flagstaff Brake Shoe question

Are Organic brake shoes available for these popup trailers? Mine are darn-awful squealy, and it's ridiculous pulling into a campground sounding like that!

A friend is going to help me pull them apart, scuff the current shoes and bevel the leading and following edges, which I have read is helpful. But if organic shoes are available I'd like to go that route now. I don't care about wear, I care about quiet.

If anyone has experience with organic brake shoes, please chime in!

Thank you all so very much!
