Flagstaff HW Slideout tilting

I have a 2012 Flagstaff HW76KS that I bought used. The slide out tilts down on the outer edge about 1" putting it out of level. The unit itself is level. It slides in and out easily with no bumps or hitches. When the slide out is in and locked, the bottom of the face panel sticks out slightly.

Can anyone tell me if this is normal. There are no adjusters visible. I can see the inside end of the tracks and they are tight to the floor. I really don't want to use jacks.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do not use any kind of slide out jack either.
It's not recommended!

The slide out can be adjusted up on the track. Look under it on the outer end.

Coot- I don't remember any adjustment. The slides on the HW's are like giant drawer slides- just roller wheels.

I was referring to my 5er, but I would guess the slide could be repositioned on the rollers anyway. Just a matter of being able to hold and then lift the slide while re-positioning the rollers.

Pictures might help.

Please let us know what you find out kinma13. I'm Going to look closer, but really can't see much without removing the small panels that cover every thing but the slide rails. Hoping that I can push the rail sweeps out of the way and see something.

I don't have a HW but my pop up does this also. Asked the tech when we did the walk through and he said that is how ask the forestriver are and it is normal. We don't really notice it sitting on it either. They said do not put anything underneath to support it either. It will mess up the slide. Ours is new. So it should be normal.
