Folding canvas

Do people unzip the ends when they fold up the camper?
The Flagstaff setup video showed zipping the ends up after the bunks were out.
I folded it up with them zipped and it was pretty bulky, unlike my Coleman that wasn't attached at the bunk ends

2016 206LTD.

When we had our 625D, we only unzipped them halfway. That was what the folks we bought it from did and told us to do. No problems.

I unzip about 10 inches so the canvas doesnt snag in the bed slides. I learned this the hard way after a few snags.

Un-zip the ends? I'm new, can you be more specific? I've been closing up with just the windows zipped up and just stuff everything in. I'd be interested to learn a more "neat" and canvas friendly procedure.
