Actually, the controls should be in the same section (or the section above) where you accessed the chimney (behind the fridge, accessed from the outside). Somewhere in there should be a switch for AC and one for DC. The more recent fridge models also have a rotary control to set for the amount of cooling on AC, similar to the one near the bottom for propane.
But the newer, bigger, heavier PUPs (especially high walls) tend to have fridges more like travel trailers - so the model is important. Find the model number and do an internet search - the operator's manual should have instructions as to what all the controls look like and how they work. Again,
most PUPs have all the controls behind the fridge, and accessed by removing or opening an outside access panel(s).
