Fridge switch

Just asking about the two switches for the fridge. I have a green one and a red one. Im pretty sure the red one is for when I have the pop up plugged into shore power it runs off of that and the green one is for the frige to run off of propane. Am I correct? Having a brain fart. I have a 2012 mac flaggstaff.

if you don't have the owner's manual for the fridge, you should be able to download one from the fridge manufacturer's website.

My rockwood 2012 freedom switches- red for propane, green for shore power electric.

If my memory serves me and you have a three-way fridge there is a knob for the propane and the red switch is DC, green switch is AC.

Im pretty sure the red is for shore power and the green is if I want my propane to run my fridge. If im not mistaken. I just cant remember. I think I got it.

Ok. Green switch is for 120 v and the red is for 12v. I just want my fridge to run off of the shore power and not run off my battery for the pop up. Im guessing its set up right now as the picture showes. Cause 12v is for my battery. Am I right? Now im questioning myself. Im sorry.

12Volt is battery and should only be in the ON position when you are driving and the trailer is connected to the tow vehicle. That sucker will drain a set of series 27 deep cycle batteries, overnight in a parking lot. Been there, and done that and will remember to turn that switch to off when parked, in the future.
If not power pedestal to connect to, the propane works, seems to take a while to cool off, but from personal experience, when on high cold, it will start to freeze water in the fridge. And it uses minimal amount of propane.
