I take it you put a 3" termination cap on it.

Hey Kinma13,
I also have a HW296 and I use two Anderson Levers. Works like a champ.
I did have to cut one of them down to fit between the tires.

To stay on subject, I choose to cut and rework the factory plumbing to
have a single connection dual waste valve setup. I had my first trip of the
season and the modified waste plumbing worked like a champ. On July 4th
we will stay in a site with sewer hookup and it will be even easier.

This is my new grey water dump set up. Picked up all necessary parts at general rv here in Michigan. Wanted to extend over to the black tank and have only one connection but have a few issues with that. First black drain is facing rearward more than id like, grey drain is lower than the black and my sewer hose tube is directly between the two.

I've been getting several questions about this installation and unfortunately the forum doesn't allow me to edit the original post that had incorrect part URLs.

The original receipt had errors for the part numbers and furthermore the Lowes web page is not reliable for finding these parts.

Please use this picure as a reference point for parts. I'm travelling right now and when I get back to Lowes, I'll look for the right part number on the shelf and post them. Hopefully they still have them!

Apologies in advance for any confusion.

My Lowes did not have the parts so I ordered on line. Received the 1 1/2 to 2 cleanout parts yesterday....2" to 3" Reducer Adapter prolly today...Valterra 3" termination adapter scheduled for Saturday. Went for 2 sets in case of....well you know.

Big 4 day, full hook-up, 4 hour drive trip planned for next week.

How's everyone's holding up and working?

Ok, there's a Lowes in the location where I'm visiting and checked their parts. They only had the white pvc and not the black ABS. These two items fit together perfectly.

1-1/2" cleanout - Item 23301
Shop Charlotte Pipe 1-1/2-in Dia PVC Cleanout Adapter Fitting at Lowes.com
1-1/2" to 3" coupler - Item 23319
Shop Charlotte Pipe 1-1/2-in x 3-in dia PVC Adapter Coupling Fitting at Lowes.com

When I get back to CO, will check my local Lowes for the ABS part numbers.

New to site, just completed drain cap from the 1 1/2 inch to 3 inch, cost around $9.00 and ten minutes of my time. This should work great, will find out next week on our first trip. Thanks for all the great ideals that are being shared on this site.
