Nice. I use a pool vacuum hose with my grey water drain. Lots faster than a hose.

I like your set up. Should drain real fast.

I wonder if instead of using the 3"x2' pipe and cutting to go into the reducer, to use this
Termination Adapter, 3" Bayonet x 3" Spigot - Valterra.com | Valterra.com

That way there's a bayonet end where the sewer hose can lock on.

Not sure but the how would you connect the other end to anything? The 90* piece that goes in the dump station needs the claw end of the hose.

Where do you store the large grey tank when you are on the road? My HW276 has very small tanks, and we managed to fill the grey tank on our first trip out, over a two night stay. We hand carried the grey water to the dump station in a small bucket. I'm thinking of buying a bigger bucket, but to get one like you have....where do you store it in the trailer?

We bought a fernco piece that fits inside the claw end. I'll post pics in a bit. We use that when we r camping at the R V parks with the full hookups. When we r at a camp without the hookups. We use the large portable grey water tank. We store that on the deck of r popup. I guess if u have long enough straps u might b able to strap it on top if the popup roof. The way I'm picturing it is to have the grey gate look like the black gate. The end of the black gate has the locking nubs and the sewer hose end has the claws. These two will lock together. At the end of the hose (dump station end) is an elbow (Rhino flex hose)

So simulating the same with the gray with the locking nubs will allow to dump the black, then when finished, move the hose to the now 3" connection from the gray tank.

I'll look for this part the next time I go to an RV shop, otherwise will just order online and see if the assembly works :-)

They sell these parts at Most Walmarts. But that important part. The Fernco piece. From Home Depot. We went with the 1 1/2 in to a 2 in Fernco. So that the 2 in slides into the 3in claw hose. And hose clamped into place. We also have the garden hose set up. But the hose kinks a lot! This last camping trip we were able to use the PVC pipe set up. It was a no hook up site. I do recommend getting a water bandit from walmart. Com for a few bucks. If u plan on doing a lot of camping. This last trip the campsite water faucet was not threaded. For us to fill our fresh water tank. So glad we had this water bandit thing!
