Happy retirement to Sam Buckles @ Forest River

Sam Buckles from Forest River's tent camper warranty department just retired. I found him to be incredibly nice and helpful for all my warranty and non-warranty needs.

Sam - if you're out there...happy retirement!

My one dealing with Sam was great. Hope he has fun in retirement.

I had a frustrating experience with FR warranty last summer, but I was put in touch with Sam and he saved the day. Super nice guy, and very helpful. Sorry to hear he will be retiring!

Luckily I have not needed to use warranty service.

Can people please post his replacement when it is known? I have Sam's e-mail posted here and would like to update that with the current info.

I just got my a-frame pop-up last Sept.--just in time to winterize it. I really didn't have any problems with it--I just needed something that would make my camping much, much easier. One phone call to Sam Buckles and he resolved my problem ASAP. Because of him and the extra "perk" he supplied me with, I am sold on Forest River as a company that actually cares about their customers. From what I've heard from others (not just on this post) many others have been helped by him.

If you read this, Sam, I wish you a very happy retirement....and thank you again for your help.

I spoke with Sam a couple of times, and found him very helpful. Above all he was extremely patient and seemed like a real gentleman. May your days of leisure be the best time of your life.
