Heater Question

Hello everyone, I have a forest river 206st. The heater lights and some warmth comes out but not very hot. The flames are around 1 1/2" tall but it just doesn't put that much heat out. Is this normal. Thanks

The fan blows maybe too much IMO. I thought maybe it was a regulator issue however the stove burners have a strong flame. I guess I'm just used to my house furnace.

Has anyone ever looked into the small view window on their furnace to observe flame size. Something is not right
