Hw 296 ac?

Is it normal for these to never turn off? Been 80's during the day 60's at night.

AC will never turn off unless you turn it off. If that's what your asking?

For your heater? Or is there a thermostat on your AC unit? I never saw one that had one but I don't know.

My thermostat only controls the furnace. With the ac, the fan always runs, but I hear the cooling (I am not sure of the technical name, the condenser??) cycle on and off over the fan noise.
