Hw277 Kitchen Slide Rails

I am having trouble with my slide out kitchen slide rails. First set were swapped out under warranty because the kitchen kept coming out of the track on one side and felt like it was going to fall. New slide rails installed by a local RV dealer and now it is worse than ever. When pulled out the kitchen tilts down terribly. I've taken to propping it up with with a shower curtain rod. Realizing that the rails are way to small for such a heavy slide out, I ordered a pair of 220 LB drawer slides. I am anxious to see if this remedies the problem. I want it to pull out straight and remain sturdy. Anyone else have an issue with their kitchen slide out?

Have not had any problems with our slide out kitchen. Ours is a 2010 year. We love it and use it all the time.
