HW296- Hotwater by-pass question

I have a 2013 HW296. Can anyone tell me where the hotwater by-pass valve is located, and how you get to it. Also is there a low point water drain for hot and cold on this camper, and if there is where would i find it.

Hw heater by pass is directly behind Hw heater.
I'm not familiar with your unit but access is normally behind a false panel that will need to be removed from the inside of camper.
Wherever your Hw heater is on the outside go to the inside of your camper and open a cupboard door or drawer to access it.
Your dealer should have showed you this.

Your low point drains should be on bottom of camper ones red and ones blue.

thank you f1100turbo much appreciated. all these HW campers are differant depending on the model number, where you might find access to the valves. I looked under my unit to find the low point valves, but i can't see any. you would think that rockwood would furnish this in the owners papers you get with the unit.
