HW296 low point drain location?

I just bought a used HW296 and it did not come with any manuals and I'm unable to find any information on where the drain lines are located. It's a 2017 model.

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. Best way to find them is crawl under the rig and see what you have there. Many manuals are available online

I don't have any manuals and am unable to find anything online. I've been underneath the trailer and searched for anything that looks like a drain point. Other than the fresh water drain, I've been unable to see anything.

Sorry but even if you had the manuals, they wouldn't have that information anyway.
Just generic RV systems information.

I'm sure some HW 296 owners will help you out.

The low point drain lines will be under the trailer close to where the plumbing is inside. Look for 2 lines usually 1 red, 1 blue with valves or capped off.

As far as manuals for individual appliances you need to get the manufacturer name and model numbers from the tags on each appliance. Write all the info down you can find and keep them in your RV. Using a laptop will help a lot as you can download and store the documents, with a tablet coming as a poor second. I have a laptop with digital copies of my manuals that I carry with me whether I'm at the camper or home. My physical copies stay in the trailer.

Many of the manuals for air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, water heaters, refrigerators power distribution panels and converters can be found in the Library section of this forum. Many times the manufacturer has service manuals on their web sites.

Thanks for the information and guidance. I have gone through the entire RV and got all the information on all the appliances, fixtures, etc. I was hoping that someone had the same model and knew where the lines are. I have an idea of where they are located but didn't want to start opening up cabinet pieces to locate them. I'm thinking they are underneath where the water filter is located. Since I'm going to be removing and modifying many of the systems, I'm sure I'll come across the lines at some point. If it doesn't have the plugs then I'll add that to my list of improvements.

I have a 2016 hw296. Our black and gray tank drains are behind the tires on the driver's side. The fresh water drain is in front of the tires on the same side. Please let me know if you are looking for anything else

I have a 2015 HW276 and have red and blue line valves in the bottom cabinet to the right of the stove at the back of the camper. They empty thru the flooring at that point.

The “anything else” the OP is looking for are the two low point drains - one for cold water lines and one for hot water lines. Thx.

That's what I was thinking. Looking underneath the trailer I can see two little holes which I think are the drain points. These appear to be in the area you said. Either behind the inverter or the heater. I'm opening it up this weekend to confirm. I'll post pics later if they are indeed there.

Another trick I learned is how to access the refrigerator when the unit is closed. If you leave the cabinet door open to the left of the refrigerator when you push the slide out in you can crawl through that opening from the outside to load your Refrigerator. Not very comfortable to do but it can’t be done I am 6‘1“ tall and 220 pounds looks like the camper is giving birth when I am coming out
