Just bought a 2017 Hw296 could someone tell me location of the water filter.

I just got the trailer a week ago so no comment on that. However, I'm removing it this weekend and will be using an external filter instead. Lots of planned upgrades and modifications.

How are you going to cap that so no water comes thru where water filter attaches?

Use a piece of pex with Shark Bite fittings. Easy peasy.
