Congrats on your new addition to the family!

Suggestions? Keep it simple and just have fun! Campsite neighbors are great to ask for help.

If possible practice setting up in your driveway including connecting hoses and all. Checklists are usual helpful especially when you are new. I keep a small notebook in the TT to dot down notes including if something needs restocking or notes from the CG.

Where are you going for Memorial Day weekend? That's my next campout and I can't wait. I'm staying close to home but far enough to get away from it all.

Most people tend to upgrade the sewer & water hoses right away. Some of the basic items that you may wish to pick up can be found at Wal-Mart.

Hey thanks for the info!! We're going about 2 1/2 to 3 hours away to Wisconsin along lake Michigan. We've gone there several times before so we thought it would be a good idea to go somewhere we are familiar with for the first trip. Can't wait!!!!!

Congrats on the new pup. Post some pics if you can. I bet some will be surprised when they see how they're building some of these. I was. I've looked at a few of the HW's series by Flagstaff and I was impressed.

Good luck and happy camping!

Great pics. The camper really looks nice.
Do you have any pics of the inside? That's what really impressed me. Features like hardwall toilet/shower combo, microwave, oven, 3 way frig and so forth. I even saw one with a LCD tv and a DVD player!

We going to a state park, Kohler-Andrae. It's on lake Michigan & has nice beaches, good trails & they said last year they were going to open a fishing pond. Plus it's close to walmart for anything quick you might want to pickup.
