I don't think I've seen any Coachmen Clipper models here as they're considered to be
Coachmen campers, while Rockwood and Flagstaff are considered to be
Forest River campers, even though
Forest River Holding Company owns them all.
Only one camper here I seen had this happen and it was from someone leaving the roof latches 'latched' while trying to crank up the roof. It broke the tubes off. Your's seems to look the same with the tubes broken and hanging down.
They were fighting it to be a warranty claim saying that they received it like that. Not sure where it went. Haven't seen to many failures with the Goshen system. Plenty of Jayco and Fleetwood failures even though they market them as better because they're kept out of the elements in cabinetry inside the camper.
Good luck, that wait time seems reasonable for summer months.
