Look the manual up online. But generally I have learned the the pulley/lift should be greased as well as the bearings. Check the cables for fraying. Check tire pressure and lug nuts.

There is a nice post out there in the pop up forum world of how to maintain the wiffle tree and spring tubes. I will see if I can find it. You basicaly just need to squirt some grease in each zirk you see underneath and to disconnect the spring arms from the frame (two bolts) and pour some 30 wgt motor oil into the spring tubes.
