looking at purchasing an 04 mac 228d and have some questions

We are getting back into camping and starting back at square 1. went from pop-up to fifth now back to pop-up. I am new to the Flagstaff brand and was wondering what I should be looking for when I check out the camper as well as any idiosyncrasies with this unit. Also what is a rough range for fair value.

just for info, Flagstaff popups have a twin in the Rockwood popups.
you might find more of the Rockwood twin of the 228D for sale, to get an idea what they're selling for.
