Loose table 1640ltd Table

Is there anything one can do about the loose table top design for the 1640ltd? It wiggles and cannot seem to solve the issue, the pipes do not tighten in table or floor base.

Pictures might help. Not too many folks familiar with your setup.

We just bought a 1640 also and the table is a little loose. Its not that bad so I doubt I will worry about it. Maybe you could wrap duct tape or something like that around the pole ends?

Without photos its hard to give info as others have stated....But if it is like most standard dinette tables with two aluminium poles that can be removed to make into a bed they tend to be a little wonky.

A solution i have seen here is to install a 3rd leg in center so that you form a triangle of sorts. I have not done it but understand why it would help.

My table was very wobbly too. Read some posts on this site to add a third (factory) leg, and it worked great.
