Maiden Voyage!

We're on our maiden voyage with our Flagstaff 270BH at Hunting Island SC. It's been 5 years since we were here!

Lol. I put the cooler outside (empty) and before midnight woke up to an odd sound! A raccoon or two tipped it over and opened the lid looking for food. They didn't stay since it was empty. Some tent campers reported they were surround by nine raccoons last night. Now that's a scary situation.

Hope this isn't the case with raccoons in your area, but there have been some cases of raccoons having distemper and killing household pets outdoors in the D/FW area recently.

Congratulations. The best voyage is a maiden voyage. I would love to camp on an island. Not too many in Nevada. Cool country as well. I like the palms. Keep it up, it's great. Scott

The next planned trip is Tybee Island GA, Savannah's beach! That's in May. April is still open but we may return to Hunting Island. It's the best of both worlds. I love the forest and my wife loves the beach. HI has both!
