I use mine all the time and love them. I think it was so awesome that Rockwood decided to put them in.

We had one in our flagstaff and it was wonderful. Bought a crusader this spring and there isn't one in it and do we ever miss it. You can get after market mattress pads and I will be picking one up the next time I see it!

Used ours while camping in Maryland in Nov. Our site was near the water. Loved having the heated mattress at night.

Used them in near freezing temps at Yellowstone this summer. They worked fantastic, even with a 2-inch memory foam mattress topper.

Used ours in PA in October last year. Got below 40. Also used them in the mountains in GA this past April. It was low 40s then. In PA we ended up using the heater as well, never did use it in GA. We have a heated mattress pad on our bed at home as well.

The temp. was in the high 30 deg. last night! I forgot to turn the heater on. The mattress heater saved us. Around 5am my wife woke me to turn the heater on. we like the heater in the mattress.

After you turn them on, don't slide your hand under the blankets and expect it to be toasty warm like an electric blanket. They're only about 150 watts (about the same as a large light bulb). But once your in bed, it's amazing how much good it does.
