mattress wet in 2006 forest river flagstaff

I have a 2006 forest river flagstaff popup ( high wall). Everytime we open it up and set up the mattress under the air conditioner is wet. Is there anything we can do to prevent this? Could this be condensation?

So camper is closed, you open it up and the mattress is often wet? Sounds like you have a leak in your roof around A/C unit. Condensation should be draining off the roof. Could this not be rain water leaking in behind the A/C seal? Have you checked your seals or bolts holding the A/C to the roof? I know on my old popup they would get loose often.

first culprit has to be the a/c seal.
