First, I have a bench seat that has a water heater in it. The other half was wasted space so I decided to make some shelving that would house our mini Keurig and all of our pots, pans, cutting boards, etc...still have lots of space on shelf where pots and pans are, to stack more...

Second mod, I created a 6" x 40" countertop extension behind the stove and sink. It is on hinges and is out of the way when we need to pack up...let me not forget, my wife stained the Ctop extension and helped by "holding in place"
