Agreed. We've been tenting for about half that. It's very nice not to have to worry about flooding etc etc when it rains and all of the other issues with tents.

I totally agree. I tented for about 20 years before buying my first Pop up. It felt and still does feel like a Taj Mahal.

As to the OP's question. I think the only pop ups currently on the market with black and grey holding tanks are the High Wall series. Because of your price limitations, you will have to find a pre-owned one in your range.

We have the HW 277. Has bathroom with shower that is small but functional. Bought new but may be used ones out there??

We have a 2009 Flagstaff high wall in great condition we plan to sell for around $10k in a few weeks. We're located in north Florida.
