New member
Bought a new rockwood 1940LTD pick it up Thursday. Will pull it with a 2003 Jeep Cherokee. Have had a lot of travel trailers, 3 fifth wheels pulled with a 2004 dodge trk. Going with less weight hoping to get better mpg. Will go to etes park next week to try it out.

Hey! Today was your day! Hope you enjoyed pulling it home! CONGRATS!

Lighter weighted trailers definitely save on gas - I noticed no difference in the gas used when I pulled our dinky trailer behind my gas loving throaty Nissan Titan 4x4 crew cab truck...it just faithfully follows me & I especially love being able to clearly see the cars behind us over the top of the folded down trailer! LOL
