A video? I don't know, if you have the newer one its super easy.
Bottom screw adjusts the upper limit, turn clockwise. I did half turns lowered about 2 ft then went back up until it was where I wanted it. Took about 10 minutes.
I'll actually break out the manual if you need it and snap a pic or something.

That depends, in the manual it says the "newer" style the adjustments were on the top, and that's where mine were so I pulled off the plastic cover first and there they were. I guess when they went to this style there were some where the adjustments are accessed on the bottom of the winch.
IF you have the manual, USE IT! The markings on the winch are somewhat confusing, but the manual and the color codes were correct. if it's on the top, the BOTTOM adjustment is for the UPPER limit.
All you need to do it if it's like mine is a 4mm allen wrench and a phillips screwdriver to take off the cover.

Since I just did mine, I know where the manual is for a change If you can't find yours let me know, I probably won't be near a computer all weekend though...
Actually I think the you can get it via the forrest river manuals app if you have a smart phone too.
