Check the converter for blown fuse(s). They have two reverse polarity fuses built in to the casing to prevent someone connecting DC current in reverse, will blow the unit if unprotected. Usually mounted on one end panel or the other.

We had a similar thing happen and it turned out to be a fuse off the battery in the front of the TT. We were stumped why we had full power plugged in but nothing on 12v, even though we knew we had a fully charged battery. Hope this helps!

Centech digital voltmeters from Harbor Freight work fine and low cost.

I did pick up the Centech voltmeter and battery on the PUP read 11.84 volts. I plugged into shore power, checked a little later and the battery was at 11.83 volts. Once again, the fuses/breakers look good. Thinking that the issue is with the converter.

Definitely not charging. 11.8 is a low battery. 14+ charging. 12.9-13.1 maintain. Full charge rest state 12.6

Happened to me once. I had a battery charger with me with a 2 amp trickle charge option. I attached that to the battery terminals and power restored.
