Older (1995) roof question

I have a 1995 Coachmen 235RDXL pop up. I can't find any info on this model. I just finished rebuilding the box as the floor was rotted out. My question now though is the roof. I have some soft spots on the inside mainly where the thumb turns are for holding up the door during transport. I have found the source of the leak was the original roof vent above the stove. The roof does not sag and otherwise seems structurally sound. Except the 1/8" luan interior panel needs to be replaced.
The roof appears to be a thin corrugated metal exterior, styrofoam middle, and then the interior 1/8" luan. Is that it? It would seem there'd be some wooden structure in there too, like some wooden ribs/beams. I can't imagine the roof holding up without them, all that bouncing on the road with and ac unit up there. I wanna take the luan down and replace it and make sure there isn't other damage. So does anyone know if there are wooden ribs in there that run the width of the roof? It's an older unit as stated 1995 and has the rounded roof edges on all for sides and the is no center seam front to back.
