May not be the right hose to use, but we used 1/4" neoprene hose from NAPA and just put matching quick disconnects on the ends. Check for leaks with soapy water and have used it for 4 yrs with no problems. For no longer than it is used, can't see the propane damaging it as we turn the gas off after each use at the valve on the underside of the trailer.

I have used out outdoor grill several times, and really like it. I wish that I could find a multi-burner stove that mounts to that same channel to cook outside with. Our old 80's Starcraft had a stove that could be moved outside with the quick connect. searched camping world, ebay etc., have not found one.

Do you remember where you bought the quick connects or sizes? (I've already tried standard air hose quick connects, close, but not a match ).

Thanks

I think I got them at Northern Tool or Harbor Freight. If nothing else, you can get hose connections and just cut the factory hose and splice in your new hose. If you have an inverted flaring tool, you can get a short pc of steel or copper tubing, start the flare on both ends of the tube by bulging the tubing and leave it, sliding the hose on and clamping with the small hose clamps. Make sure you check for leaks.

We've used the one on our Flagstaff for 3 years now and I cook on it just about every night that we camp. Burgers, Dogs, BBQ Chicken, Pork tenderloin... if I can be grilled I've thrown it on there.

Biggest issue I that I have is setting off the smoke detector every now and then.
I'd love to have a 6"-12" extension so that I can move it to the end of the channel, but I've not had a problem with it yet (knock on wood).

This was not cheap, but it was plug and play for my RVQUE. Moves the RVQUE about 18' feet from my tent trailer (including the 3' of hose that comes out of the trailer). You can purchase different lengths of hose for your needs.

Purchased Mr. Heater F271474 15' Propane Appliance Extension Hose Assembly with 1/4" Male Pipe Thread x 1/4" Female Pipe Thread for about $30 and Mr. Heater F276181 Propane or Natural gas 1/4" Quick Connector Set with Shutoff Valve and Excess Flow Plug for about $25.

FYI... Sam's Club has SS portable table top grills for $99.98. Better than paying over $200 from the RV stores...
