Plumbing Issue - Need Advice

My family and I went on our first camping trip in our new to us 2013 HW27KS over the Labor Day weekend. On two separate occasions, we had water leak from under the wall next to the toilet out on to the floor. It happened once when my wife used the shower wand to rinse to the shower floor. The next time was on departure day when I filled the blank tank with the water hose to flush it out. It never did it at all while using the toilet during normal operation. Has anyone had this issue? Any ideas?

If I am not able to resolve, I will take it in for repair. I am in the Atlanta area and would probably use Peco Campers or Three Way Campers. Anyone from the area have any experience with either of their service departments?

You could have a leak at the shower pan, and your toilet might not be seated correctly. I say that being you said you filled your tank with a hose, Sorry do not know the Atlanta area.

I should also mention at one point water was backed up into the shower about an inch deep. I immediately drained that gray tank. Not sure if its the shower wand leaking or what. Also, while filling the black tank, I had the water pump on clearing lines. Again, think it may be something with that shower wand.

Pecos no longer has a great rep, since the former owners sold it to Campers Inn.

PECO used to be great. I don't know now since Camper Inn bought it. I have heard good things about 3 way but haven't used them myself.

Three way camper is closer to me but they are not a Forest River Dealer.
I have had warranty work done at Camper City in Buford on my HW296
and while they are a small Mom and Pop kind of place I felt that the service
was great. Very nice people.

That being said none of the Forest river dealers in Atlanta would answer my
inquiry into buying my PUP so I had to go to Orlando to find one.
