Pop up issue

Hi folks,

Have been scouring around for a bit without any luck before deciding to post my issue, but here goes:

I have a 2013 Forest River LTD 206 pop up with manual crank. When I start cranking it, front end of the top comes up 3-4 inches before back starts coming up so roof is never level.

What can be the issue here, and is it any easy fix?
