Pop Up Wheel Size Conversion

Hi Everyone:

I have a Rockwood Freedom pop up camper with 12" wheels. Can I put 13" wheels on it, I want to increase the load range of the tires. There is a 2" clearance from the tire to the inside of the body and 4" clearance from the top of the tire to the body. Has anyone done this with success?

Also depends if you have 4 bolt or 5 bolt hubs. I don't think the 13" come in 4 bolt, but I could be wrong.

Dexstar catalog shows a 13" 4-4 rim (LR 1360@50 psi). The Dexstar 12" rims show a LR 1250 @90 psi).
Here's a tire size calculator, just punch n the existing size then replacement size and compare.

12" to 13" conversion

Thanks f5moab for helping me out with this conversion issue. The load range of 13" tires will help a great deal with my pop up.

Thanks again,
