Premier 2514G Electrical Question

The outlet is probably for an option you do not have. If you check an options list you may be able to figure what would go there. The color of the Romex denotes the amperage,
White - #14 = 15 amp
Yellow - #12 = 20 amps
Orange - #10 = 30 amps

And it is correct that it is not a GFCI Outlet, it is a decora outlet

We have the same thing on ours. It's for the roof mounted air conditioning. That is also what the extra black access door on the drivers side is for, to run the cord up to the AC unit. We plugged a power strip onto it and use it for charging the flashlights.
