Problem with motorized winch

I have a Clipper 108st with a motorized winch. Camper has been stored in the garage for the past three months after camping with it. Tries to use the motorized winch to lift the top and no movement. All latches are unlached and I even lifted each side and corner to make sure nothing was stuck. Battery is good. Any suggestions? I am going to try to bypass the 50 amp fuse from the battery next.

I would recommend the process of elimination. First, check the battery connections are tight and clean. Check/replace the fuse. If you have a multi-meter, check current at the battery and fuse. Finally, I would try to manually crank it a little to see if it might be seized up. Sometimes you get road debris caught up in the cables or crank. I would chase the cables and make sure they are good and not binding up.
