Propane regulator bad ????

Full tank of propane. When lighting stove and one burner lit seems ok. When lighting other two the flames are very low and sometimes go out. Left them lit for several minutes to make sure air is out. Any thoughts. I'm thinking regulator?

Never mind must of been air. Let them burn longer all ok. Thanks anyways!!
