Relacement controller for electric mattress pad

Both our electric mattress heater controllers ThermoSoft ETL-2 shorted out where the cord enters the controller last time we plugged them in. It appears the cords pulled out about 1/8" and the wires crossed. Where can we purchase replacements? The local dealer here said they never heard of that happening and didn't have an answer.

i assume you mean heated mattresses, not pads, since that's what FR puts in their popups/hybrids.

if the trailer is still under warranty, the dealer should replace them.

if it's not, contact the mattress manufacturer.

Thanks, not under warranty and I have sent an email to the manufacturer which appears to be in Europe

local dealer should at least be able to get replacements for you, or I would hope they could anyway.
