Removing canvass ends for repair

Hi All

My apologies if this has been covered somewhere but the search engine came up empty.

I have a 1994 Flagstaff 206 camper trailer and the corners on both ends of the trailer are starting to seriously deteriorate. I have a good friend who is willing to make the repair but I need to get both ends off the trailer so she can work on them.

My question is how do I do remove the ends once I've unzipped them from the side panels?

Any info would be greatly appreciated
