Replacement water filter

Can anyone help me out a little. I need to get a water filter for my 2012 flagstaff pop up and I dont want to go up to the place I got it cause its an hour away. The filter is about 3" wide and about 5" tall. Can anyone help me? I dont have any model numbers.
