Rockwood Freedom 1950 electric lift winch

I bought a 2014 Rockwood Freedom 1950 pop top camper about a month ago. As I camped across the country the electric lift for the top failed to raise the top completely before the winch shut off. The green cable fails to become taut and the side canvas is loose. I can't properly install the door. The top needs to come up about 3/4 of an inch. Is there a limit adjustment on the electric winch so it will raise the top completely?

I have a hw276 and have the same problem. yes there is a limit control if you have the winch manual it tells you how to set it. I havent done it yet myself.
