Rockwood HW276 Door Problem

I was wondering if anyone has had issues with using the screens on the main door. I was impressed that you could adjust either the top or bottom half to increase ventilation in the camper, BUT, one time, as I was adjusting the setting, it slipped from my fingers. The door piece clicked into the next slot 6 inches down, but the force pulled a frame piece from the screen. After messing with it I managed to disengage the other side as well. Now I have to pop up the camper this weekend to bring the whole door inside (after figuring how to disengage the wires to the camper ceiling) to once and for all get it back together.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any pointers would be helpful (such as how to strengthen the frame from sliding apart again). If you haven't had issues, just remember to be CAREFUL when adjusting the screen opening on the door.

I had to slide the grill 4 inches to the left in order for the hose to reach. Since you had to move it to the right, I wonder if they have a set location to where the hose is stored, or does it differ camper to camper. Odd. I would be grateful if you'd also let me know on the hose. If they put in a longer hose I may go for it.
