The HW296 needs a 2" ball. It is even stamped on the coupler.

Thanks, Bob. I would figure that a heavy trailer like that would have the bigger ball. I guess they only use them on big TTs and HTTs, then. Time to do a little research!

My personal favorite 5th wheel. I got to talk to this guy! This camper is awesome. Too bad there around 100,000! Need to play the powerball for that level of 5th wheel!

Too noisy. If you are going to get an RV, get a diesel class A. The front-engined RVs are loud inside. They are shiny, though!

What do you mean by different?
The diesels are pushers, so the engine is in back and there is significantly more sound insulation.
The workmanship and materials on the expensive ones are very different, but on the "less expensive" class As it appears to be the same &*#$ that they make TTs, HTTs, and class Cs with... Sigh.
