sagging canvas

we bought a NEW Flagstaff Classic 625D just before Memorial day weekend

one of the things I have noticed is that the canvas ( vinyl ) is somewhat wrinkled when set up, some holding of water when raining, and condensate run off from the AC.

was thinking of making some masonite leaves to put above the spreader bars over the beds to help round out the canvas, encourage water to run off instead of puddling ( and stretching the canvas, making the problem worse )

any thoughts on this ?

Here is a simple thing to try. Put a swimming pool noodle around either the shepard hook or around the metal bar that supports the canvas on the ends. The extra 1/2 to 1" thickness with stretch the bunkend tighter.

And if it doesn't work, it only cost $5 to find out.

thanks, ! I'll try that

and ya, if it doesn't work. I'll then have floats for float fishing ( something I learned about last weekend, caught 2 nice sized catfish )
