Sap remover to the roof

Old topic, but need more Ideas. I've tried goo gone and mr. Clean sponge. It helped but not enough. I've tried dish soap. I think I need some type of soft brush. And some other method. I have a 2014 freedom 282txr. After using it for the first time up in the redwood forest. It looks like thisClick image for larger version

I'm going to try the 91% alcohaul tomorrow. And if I need to. I'll take a blow dryer to it and c if that helps. Hopefully it works. So when I get it all cleaned up. What r ur suggestions as to waxing . What is a good wax for this? And should I go with a liquid verses a paste? Thank you.

Loo5- is the sap on the roof or the vinyl? If it's on the vinyl, you will need to condition it after you use the alcohol. I have a nearly full gallon of Meguiars marine stuff that I don't use after selling my HW.

My husband said it is not vinyl. It's just on the roof.
