Sink Hardware

In our 2014 29schw the water spout needs to be removed every time when we fold up our trailer. Has anyone replaced the entire sink hardware with a lower spout and faucets that would not need to be removed. I have found so much water leaking from the tube when the spout is removed. I use a wine cork to seal it and that work fine but would love a solution so that the spout could stay in place.

I'm not sure about on the 29hw. We have the 31hw. I was going to try and change it out but the faucet actually sits under the rear bed when closed up. So I'm basically stuck with it as it is. Click image for larger version

One option would be to drain your hot water tank before packing up and this will drain a large portion of the lines. I do this because it's less weight to carry and it allows your anode rod to last much much longer.
