Squeaky/Soft floor in front of fridge

I just went camping in my new A122 and noticed a bad squeak in the floor in front of the fridge so I looked underneath the unit and I see soft spots in the flooring - impressions in the floor result where someone is standing. The company I bought the pop up from said they will reinforce that squeaky area but thought I'd see if anyone thinks this is from water damage. I'm worried about the long term longevity of the flooring now. Any comments would be appreciated.

Mine is also squeaky in front of the fridge. It doesn't feel soft, but almost as if its just some play between the floor and the frame.

If the softness is the result of water damage, there will be delamination (if plywood) or flaking (if OSB). You should be able to probe from the underside of the camper with something like an awl or ice pick to see if that's the problem. You may also see watermarks.
