Tired Teacher, that looks a lot like what I did for the storage issues, works well and stores easy when camper is put down. Like your paper towel holder, be trying to find something that would work!

I started on somthing a lot the 3rd photo. Will be making the paper holder.

That's a counter-top, vertical holder hung sideways (in case you hadn't seen that yet).

Attaching top brackets

How do you attach the top brackets to the ceiling? I'm nervous to put any holes into it. Any quick and easy guide available? I'm pretty handy otherwise.
